We realised the problem was not a shortage of good roofers. The problem was that there was no dedicated, trustworthy place to find them. General trade directories treat roofing as one of dozens of categories. We built FixMyRoof to fix that.
Every roofer on our directory is verified. Every enquiry we send them includes the information they need to respond properly. And every homeowner who uses our platform gets matched with roofers who actually cover their area and specialise in their type of job.
We do not just list anyone. Every roofer on FixMyRoof goes through a verification process before their profile goes live.
We confirm the business is registered and actively trading. We check Companies House records or sole trader registration where applicable.
We require proof of valid public liability insurance before any roofer can receive enquiries through our platform.
We verify the identity of the person registering to ensure the business is legitimate and the contact details are accurate.
We monitor reviews left on the platform and investigate any complaints. Roofers with consistently poor feedback are removed.
